Photographs Ý

All photographs on the website are previews. Minor adjustments in proportions or tones will be made as necessary to achieve the best results. Background marks and visible photographic equipment will be removed where possible.

Photographs on the website are of a lower resolution (quality) to allow faster access. Customer's photographs will be of professional quality printed by a Professional Lab.

All photographs will be produced in colour by default. If you wish your photographs to be produced in Black & White or Sepia, please specify your preferences on your order form.

Custom and larger sizes of photographs as well as prints on CANVAS can be ordered upon request.

Copyright Ý

The photographs on my website are protected by a "Copyright" stamp.

Your ordered copy will naturally NOT have this "stamp" on it.

Copyright applies to all photographs of Dance Photography.

Photographs may not be copied after one print has been purchased!

Photographs may not be reproduced in any way, such as printed in calendars, newsletters or brochures without my explicit and written permission. If you wish to do so, please contact me.

Shopping Cart Ý

You can view and order all photographs of Dance Photography through it's own Shopping Cart System.

It is a requirement that all customers who wish to view photographs must first register with Dance Photography. This registration is free.

Please make sure that the address you enter when registering is accurate, as it will also be used for mailing of orders.

Customers are required to enter a Personal Password when registering. Please be advised that this is NOT the same password as the Event Password given out to access galleries.

Please note that International Orders will also be accepted. Please make sure that you enter the country you want the order to be shipped to correctly. The Shopping Cart Programme will then automatically adjust the postage cost. International Orders can only be paid for by credit card.

Discounts Ý

Dance Photography usually offers a limited Early Bird Discount to dancing events or dance schools. These discounts may vary in length of validity.

The Early Bird Discount usually offers a percentage discount or flat rate discount. These discounts may vary from event to event.

A bulk order discount may also apply to some events.

Please note that Packages (Petite Package, Family Package and Mega Package) are already heavily discounted and are excluded from any further discounts.

Payment Ý

No orders will be processed until full payment is made.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Dance Photography/KS Photography accepts bank transfers, personal cheques or postal money orders or credit card payments. Please follow these links for further details.

All online payment transactions are handled through thus ensuring the highest internet security.

Privacy Ý

All customer information is kept in strict confidentiality for your protection and is not provided to any other individual, organization or business.

Should you wish to have an individual photographs removed from my website, please get in touch, and I will try to accommodate you.

Delivery Ý

All photographs will be sent by REGISTERED MAIL. This is to ensure maximum safety, care of handling and proof of posting.

A protective, cardboard envelope marked DO NOT BEND is used at all times. If the photograph exceeds 8"x12", a posting tube will be used.

Please allow 21 days for delivery after ordering.

If you wish to have your photographs sent to different destinations, please state the addresses and choice of photographs clearly on your order form and multiply your Postage & Packaging surcharge accordingly.

Please be assured that the Postage & Packaging surcharge of $8 to your order only just covers my expenses!!

Model Release Form Ý

Please note that I may ask some customers to fill out a Model Release Form.

This form is a standard model release form used by many photographers.

This form allows me to add your photograph to my Gallery on this website or to add your photograph to my portfolio.

Your permission to use the photograph may also, for example, enable me enter Photographic Competitions in the future.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOUR PHOTOGRAPH WILL NOT BE MIS-USED IN ANY WAY.
